Pressurized Flat Plate Solar Collector

Pressurized flat plate solar collector (JY-F-01) uses high efficient absorber with blue titanium coating imported from Tinox, Germany. What's more, it uses whole-plate ultrasonic welding technology, which makes the collector more beautiful, efficient and durable.
A flat-plate collector is a rectangular box with metal absorber plate inside the box. The box is painted in dark color to maximize absorption of solar energy. The collector is glazed and insulated to limit the amount of heat escape from the box such that the fluid inside the collector can be maintained at warm temperature.
Working Principle
An active, closed-loop system heats a heat-transfer fluid (such as water or
antifreeze) in the collector and uses a heat exchanger to transfer the heat to
the household water.
